TITLE: Substitute
REPORTS TO: Principal
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the building principal (school secretary) upon arrival at the school building.
- Reviews with the principal or department head all plans and schedules to be followed during the day.
- Maintains as fully as possible the established routines and procedures of the school, classroom or area to which he is assigned.
- Follows all policies, rules and procedures to which regular classified employees are subject to.
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or superintendent.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of the position
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
- Satisfactory completion of State mandated health examination.
EVALUATION:
- Performance of this job will be evaluated by the principal.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Salary commensurate with the Russell Independent Schools Substitute Salary Schedule.
